I'm glad to hear you are feeling better :)
And you're not the only one who doesn't use facebook, neither do I and I'm also one of the few on the planet who don't "Twitter" lol
Don't see the need to.
Have a great weekend !!

Awww, sorry to hear that you are sick, but I know what you mean, my family and I went through H1N1 two weeks ago and the two things that helped us were homemade chickensoup and lots and lots of tea!

Yeah, I listen to Nightwish, still the song you heard is not Nightwish singing, yeah you're right it's the main vocalist(Tarja Turunen) which USED to be in the band, but she sings independently now and the songs is from her album. Just mentioning it. :) Lol you should check the rest of the songs as well when you have time and tell me what you think. "Spectre Induction", "Vigil", "Navras" are some of my favorite tracks from the ones I'd uploaded, there are many more but still this comment is even now too long so I could list them here.

I admire your courage, afterall for some odd reason most people see "tea" as a more feminin drink. Just remember: you should never lift your pinky while drinking tea and there are quite masculin mugs on the market nowadays :D
Yes I think i have tried most teabrands and sorts, my favorite is Earl Grey :)
Have a great day!

Oh believe me, I'm not nearly as smart as people think I am, and I will definitely check out Isaac Asimovs Caves of steel. And as for sensible, after a bottle of Chianti, I’m a complete buffoon!
When it comes to the awareness of the human race, I leave you with this quote “I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I've watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain….”

As the biggest Sci-Fi geek in the known world, you at least can appreciate that we alone can bear witness to the unfolding of the universe, how it has shaped our beginnings and our evolution and given the human race, our origin and our identity. If we doom our planet and ourselves to climate change, to wars and to religious fanaticism, and the human race fails, along with every other species of life on this planet who will know we ever existed. If this planet dies, who will be around to say life ever existed at all. The universe will continue as it has always done and there will be nothing to appreciate any of it. I hope the human race wins out against its own prejudice, against its own fears and against its pride and think about making contact out there in the stars, to leave this planet and colonize other worlds and let the human race evolve itself on some new strange world as centuries from now on some distance planet in the andromeda galaxy, a species of humanoids will enjoy its own culture and diversity and yet reflect on its own origins, its own ancestry and remember that once, there was a species of humans who valued its own uniqueness and survived to ensure the human race did not die out. There may not be aliens out there, we may be all there is, but perhaps future alien contact lies here, in our own backyard ready to take that evolutional step towards the stars?

As far as anyone can prove, this planet is the only source of life in the universe and therein lies our purpose; to preserve that uniqueness.
