What Mac OS X applications are you missing?

With all the software out there, what Mac OS X application are you missing?

I have spent a good amount of time moving my development knowledge over to Cocoa and just need some suggestions on a application that is needed for this fantastic platform. So, if you have any suggestions please leave a comment.

Of course, this doesn't apply only to applications that are missing. Do you have a current application that just barly gets the job done? Lets make it better! I would also like a small team of testers, hopefully including the person that makes the suggestion.
