This was a question presented to me, a simple question, but yet holds so much more meaning. I took the liberty to define, in my own words, success.
It is the strive to be the best you can be. Do you question each and every step? Or stride with confidence. Success is what many seem to think they lack, but it is that very thought that prevents them from capturing it; it is the dauntlessness in us to reach every goal with full effort.
Success can be much things, differents for any people.
The live success, the success in a project, and others.
The most important is the live success.
For may pople it is lot of gold and money
For other, won helth and no desease
For others the family happy.
etc.
But if you analise all poples, you will see that the real is the self satisfation.
I beleave the success is be Iluminated.
But the important, not is you get the success making some thing, but you be happy in the traing to get the success. if you can see this, you found the real success becouse you will have a heppy live.
Success is living your dream and doing what it is you love to do, no matter what the financial gain is.
When hearing this question I often think of the following Johnny Cash lyrics:
"The wealthiest person is a pauper at times,
Compared to the man with a satisfied mind"
In saying that Success itself is really hard to define as it can mean something different to everyone. The bigger question is probably... "When would you consider yourself a success?"
Would love for those of you that are interested in this topic to check out my site and let me know what you think!
I like this quote better: "The criteria for success: You are free. You live in the present moment. You are useful to the people around you. You feel love for all humanity."....... H H Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
That's a tricky question. I wonder why it's so important to be the very best that you can. If one wants to correlate success with happiness, then striving to be better and better doesn't necessarily rhyme with being happy with yourself. Why not accept who you are and make the best of things. That to me is the essence of success.
