Super smash bros might not work on your wii!.

If you are thinking of super smash bros just wait a minute. Earlier today a mate of mine came round so we could go on super smash bros on the WII. But when i entered the game it just came up saying "the disk could not be read" so i took it out and gave it a quick clean, but still i didn't work, then i updated me wii but i still came up saying"the disk could not be read". But i no the problem why it will not play and this is why:


Super Smash Bros Brawl utilizes a double-layer disc which has a large memory capacity. A very small percentage of Wii consoles may have trouble consistently reading data off this large capacity disc if there is some contamination on the lens of the disc drive. Nintendo has specialized cleaning equipment that can resolve this problem. (Please do NOT attempt to clean the lens yourself, as you may damage the system.)

So basically what you need to do is take you wii in for repair. But Nintendo offers a free service to repair you wii for free so thats good news. But this only happens on a small percentage if wii's.
