My Laptop has a Hump!

Na. It is just my big fat new HP battery. HP laptops seem to be the only laptops that are power impaired. II had a Compaq and the battery sucked and my brother has a newer compaq and that sucks!. I was tired of carrying a power cable around. I think that they should have a normal battery that lasts a decent amount of time that dosn't give your computer a "butt". I have used other laptops like macs, dells, think pads... and they have no battery problems. JOIN THE REVOLUTION!

Comment by Carmen on January 18, 2009 at 9:01am: That is the reason I am not buying more toshiba notebooks. their batteries last 3 hours the first year, and then they become useless, and they are not included in the 3 year warranty.

Comment by jamesjimmy23 on January 18, 2009 at 7:42am: Laptop manufactures should be able to increase the battery life with the amount of space they have. Having a big hump on the back of your laptop doesn't look that pleasing and adds a lot more weight. Why don't they look to Apple who have some removable batteries that get amazing battery life! Hopefully the technology for batteries gets better so we can have smaller, more powerful batteries.
