@ Mathew : I am running windows vista business, its stupid you get more programs with home premium.

@Renderedcook: Actually the majority of people are on XP, also business'es said they wont be upgrading to windows 7 anytime soon. at the moment XP is used more then vista + windows 7 combined.

I really don't think this is too big a deal for the average person. The date in 2010 is still not firm, and will likely get pushed up, and by then many will have switched to Win 7. I don't know many that run win 2k still, and if you are running less than XPsp3, you probably will have more problems than just Firefox not running correctly.

yeah, vista isn't too efficient with resources, but works well now. im on home premium sp1 32-bit. what version you on cody?

Yeh that would be a good idea, I dont know what I would do without firefox! I am on vista so I am good. ( honestly after all the updates Vista isnt have bad, still gobbles resources like you wouldnt believe but not bad)

Yeh I didnt either, firefox is a really reliable browser. Its my default and I dont plan to change any time soon.

i never needed to run support from them anyways. never had a major issue i couldn't fix from firefox. peace. gregg

Are you saying that the version that Mozilla is working on is 3.5? The very latest version at the moment is 3.0.8 as I get updated when they come out.

Kind of amazing considering that a few companies are still offering Windows XP with their new computers.
