Pidgin has been reviewed on my blog/website. I chose to review it because I am sick of logging into a client that is not stable and I am forever facing the "Live today" page. Pidgin is simple and does the job for all you IM buffs out there... including myself. Here is the review.

James, it's not easy to keep up with other things if you have a bunch of projects going on.

I would say it's important to seek out some "live friends," and keep a balance in life.

I discovered a local Macintosh Computer Users' Group.

I will call them once I've caught up with some of my projects.

I usually don't stay involved in any forum threads very long... I'm so busy.

So I'll quietly quit this thread.

Take care, buddy.

I don't chat much these days.

I'm always trying to do some sort of project.

I can't concentrate on more than one thing at once.

I think that the mac version of pidgin is Adium...that's what I use for several im clients and I really like it. However, I'm like Ron...I use skype a lot, too :)

I only use Skype.

If you want to talk to me online, you'd better have Skype.

And even then I'm rarely online with Skype.

I have too much to do with all my projects, and just wasting time.
