Going back to Vista

I have been running Windows 7 Beta for about 4 days now something like that, and to be honest i think its great but the beta is just running slow on my Pc, its restarting its freezing its not opening files its just a shambles really. So i am going to go back to running good old Vista. Im not sure if im going to delete the partition for Windows 7 though. I will have to think about that one. How is windows 7 running for you?

My Vista laptop is on my coffee table in my Living Rom and my Dual Boot Dell XPS machine has both XP Entertainment Center and Windows 7 loaded. I have left it on the Win7 side for now but I have stopped looking at it because of the flickering. I am wondering if I could adjust it somehow.

Comment by Persian Paladin on January 13, 2009 at 2:45pm: Vista is just awful when it comes to network configuration; although I blame the driver developers for that lack of compatibility too. I fear Windows 7 will be as bad.

Vista is an "okay" operating system; but its nothing special and has too many needless features and background processes.

Comment by The Tech Basement on January 13, 2009 at 2:38pm: For me it's running great. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I have it on an old laptop and it runs 10x faster than Vista ever did. I think the final release will be a lot more stable for everyone. It is a Beta version after all.
