Everything is fine

Sometimes I say that I can handle it,
& sometimes I say that everything's okay.
People say that it's all a lie,
& that I suffer all day long.
But the truth is, I'm really okay.
I just have moments, when I'm tired,
& all I want is to drown in my own world.
