So I decided to write my first 'proper' blog today. Everyone say 'ooooooh....'

*listens* very good!

I've had a fairly eventful day today. Our class this morning was a seminar and we were discussing 'Modernism' and 'Postmodernism' and if I'm completely honest with you we went around in circles for a few hours and we are all still none the wiser *sighs*. Our class this afternoon was self led and we discussed childbirth (I really don't know how that came about) and we also discussed conspiracy theories. I won't go into what was discussed as I'm pretty sure I will get arrested... ah! Such is life! lol!

I've come to notice something this week. It is fun to argue with people, but not if their IQ is too low... don't ask me to decide what score I consider 'low' because I'm not sure... lol... ok, so that might seem a bit harsh but when you try to argue materialism with someone who thinks that Canada is actually part of America it seems a pointless battle to begin with. I also had the joy of talking with a secretary today who needed to get someone from another department to allow me to leave a note on the desk next to her. She spent five minutes getting this person to come over to hand me a pen and some paper when it would have taken two seconds to allow me to just leave a note on the desk, that I was only a few feet away from. Incredible!

The stupidity of people never ceases to amaze me.

Anyway... rant over...

Until next time :)

I love Lucky charms, you can buy them from Selfridges for about £8 a box which is fairly expensive...

You might have been right about that secretary... she was so annoying.

Nah, that's pretty mild. You can bet the secretary was thinking of putting a blank sheet of paper in the copier and making a few copies of it.

Incidentally, after you've met the unenlightened and informed them that Canada starts when North Dakota stops, let them know that Europe isn't a country and that most Irish people (like me) have never eaten lucky charms, nor are we able to buy them in our shops. This may come as a shock. In fact, the last US MMO I played had a vent enabled guild who were sure I was a giant leprauchan. Ahh, the good old days :)
