Well as the economy goes down many are losing jobs. I am a 15 year old looking for a job and I get turned down because they are losing money. I looked up in Colorado laws and it says a 15 year old can work at a job as long as a parent signs on it. Now that its harder to get a job I am stuck finding ways online to make money. I work in HTML, PHP, MySQL, Many forms of coding a website and I am thinking about charging people for a website that I will make. But I am not a expert in those fields.....Well HTML I am but I am just starting SQL and so I will try to offer people that when I make the site. If any reads this, please tell me ways I can make money online. Let's hope Obama's plan will help out the US. I really need money right now...So much I need to get but with no money, Its harder for me to get the stuff to help with my future. And with kids wanting more from parents, when the parent isn't making enough money its very hard to make your kid happy and put food on the table. Sooner or later (I hope) We will see more kids working so there is less stress on parents. But if anyone is reading this and wants a site made I would be more than happy to create one for you. We will discuss the cost and all that good stuff =D

If kids start working at jobs, I think it would be better because if parents can't get their kids stuff...then it will affect the economy, But if kids work and make money. We ALL know kids spend the money as soon as they get it (I will admit I do that from time to time) And so more stuff is being sold, parents can save money for bills and maybe buying a new house. Lets face it, kids need jobs and we need to do it soon so things work better in the US. If a parent can support their kid then thats good. But some kids need money for their personal reasons and if they can't get a job then when will they learn. Because if they live with their parents, going to school, then its easy for them to learn how to handle money and stuff. When they turn 18 and is forced out the door...they will make bad decisions with the money. Let's hope kids can do this soon!

I used to do something similar to what you're talking about; making websites for a small fee. But, Now, my only income is fixing the odd computer or showing my neighbor how to use Vista...

I can go on a pretty hardcore spiel about Obama, but the main point is; even though he said it's going to be easier for me to get money for an education, it's really not. They're thinking about rewritting the definition of an independent college student to only being married. Being an independent on your tax papers isn't going to be enough soon. The one ray of hope is 100 hours of voluntary community service, that will net $4000 toward my education; a couple of semesters where I'm going.

I'm trying to find a job myself. I'm not being picky about the position either. I would like something that I can further my education with, but with the way things are going, I doubt that's going to happen. Of course, I would have to bum a ride to work, my parents make too much money for me to qualify for financial aid, and they're not paying a cent toward my education. And my last job didn't even pay enough to get a used car, in tandem with my education! It's ridiculous. I'm shifting my job hunting to online jobs, but many of these need at least what I'm going after or higher when it comes to an education.

Oh well, my dad's thinking about selling his business. If he won't pay for my education then, I guess I'll qualify for financial aid then.

And web coding is a part of my curriculum, so I'm going to have to pass on that offer.
