This is hilarious and somewhat true, based upon how the Twitter user see's his/her account use.
Is it daily micro blogging with useful networking or news worthy information?
Or as some people may view as, micro to the minute reporting of our daily mundane existence before catching the latest "Star Craze wave" television show or Sports broadcast. Oh and don't forget the news, without that you may not be aware of the next "Internet Craze" or where to next catch glimpses of your favorite politician at their most favorite hang outs. I thought Stars were more in the publics view, not the other way around.
Was it considered micro blogging when TV reporters used to cover things like cats in trees? Perhaps not, as often these days, since 911 fire fighters and reporters both have taken on a more important role in the publics eye. The big news these days is where the next large bag of "Ba'al Out" (It may be pronounced Bail) fiat money is on route to, or is it the upheaval in some country we need to secure next as God fearing US citizens? Are we being told on more direct ways with use of more personal gadgetry, what is and should be important?
Either way, if you couldn't tell already, I would much rather trust some "Twit" than most proffesional news casters any day.
