Apple Wireless Keyboard With Windows Vista

Hey guys I need your help again. Is there any way that I can use Apple's wireless keyboard with windows. I'm running in Windows Vista Home Premium (sadly) so if anyone can help just tell me what I need, besides the keyboard, and it will be greatly appreciated.
