High speed internet problem

Okay so on Tuesday my dad decided to cancel our internet/phone service with Time Warner. This made sense since we no longer are use their cable, I guess he couldn't wait till he got home on Friday to do it, so i wouldn't be without internet. Well anyway the idiot didn't even bother to research/find an alternative ISP before he left. When he got back he had asked me to do so. Guess what I find out? We live in the like only area in Charlotte where it's almost impossible to get anything but the very best high speed internet, about $60 a month. Then he gets pissed at me because I didn't know. So now I'm without internet until he knows what he wants to do and since he is a procrastinator its going to be awhile. Whew that made feel better to rant off for a little bit.
