Don't you just hate it when your internet goes down?

I know i do because my internet from Optus my isp has went down 10 times last month and whenn i tried to complain about my problem they told my that they cannto do anything about and they have exteremly low internet umm... i forgot the word how much they give you each week. I have the 20gb plan which is the highest usage per month and i manage to save those percious Gb's until 21 days so im stuck with 9 or 10 days with slow unreliable internet. Can someone tell me where i cant get fast internet and more usage per month.

Comment by Tedd on September 13, 2008 at 2:04am: AT&T DSL is pretty reliable, though it did go down last night for about 3 hours. When I called the recording informed me there was an outage, gave me an estimated time for resolution and when that time came, the internet came back up.
