20090112 - Radio Silence...

I'm going on a boat detachment in a few days. As of this post I am going radio silent, meaning I am not currently with internet connection, nor will I have one for a little while, as I will be on an aircraft carrier for a week and some. This will be my first carrier... ANYTHING... kind of terrifying in an exhilarating sort of way almost like first kisses and virginity...

I'll make sure to post some pics and what not up after I return, I will be missing all of the people I have met through this discussion forum until my return. Take care! TTFN!

So, you have never been on a carrier until this assignment?

I worked with a guy who was Navy and he talked about the F-4's landing and all the different things that happened.

I miss him. Wish I knew where he is.
