"I know I'm not the only one - to see things and to hear things.

My first post on ATS in a long time. I finally decided to go ahead and get this off my chest. And I'm not really happy about it atm. When I was a kid I saw UFO's, when I was a teenager I saw UFO's. Since I have been an adult I haven't really seen any, but have seen other things. Shadows. The first shadow that I ever saw was around the time I saw the Orange Orb; UFO at around 9:30pm in Antioch, TN. I saw a shadow shaped man which stood before me at about only 2 feet away. I froze, and all I could utter was what do you want from me? About a month ago I forgot my keys so I went upstairs to my room to retrieve them. And that's when I saw something cat like run out of my room and disappear. I franticly called down to my room mates asking them if the cat was down stairs, they confirmed that it was. Before I saw this my lights would go on and off in that room by themselves. As if on a dimmer switch; well it was just one of the lights in my room doing it. I was sitting on my bed broadcasting and chatting away at the time when I realized hey wait a minute I didn't do that I'm sitting on my bed. It dimmed down ... And then after like a moment it came back on. The person I was talking to witnessed this happen, I was broadcasting via Justin TV and at the time I didn't realize that it was also being recorded. Going back to when I was a teenager I also heard a voice speak to me when I was in the shower prior to seeing this I believe this shadow entity. It said In a Low voice as if right into my ear "I'm watching you". For a while I was a little scared to take a shower or even go int the bathroom. I was made an honorary member of a paranormal investigation team, out of Elgin, ill a few months back now. The day before we were supposed to go to Elgin and do our first investigation I started a story about 5 people. Oddly enough I didn't know how many people there were going to be on the team, but it turned out to be 5. When we go to the house there was a slight eery feeling, but I wasn't really afraid. I didn't expect to experience anything but tried to keep an open mind. We decided to go to the store and get some snacks, and when we got back we heard a large bang in the garage. (We still don't know what it could have been) We sat around a while; then we finally decided to get started. 2 of us with video recorders and one of us with a nice canon camera walking through this house, once before we cut the power and 2 sweeps after wards. Before we got everything ready to go my friend went to the bathroom. And something made a knocking sound, not too long after that she felt something next to her. Also her and I both whilst in the basement felt like we were being drawn near the stairs. We didn't say anything, but I looked at her, and she me. And I asked do you feel that to? And she looked back at me in slight astonishment, and said do you feel that to? And I said I did yes... We walked over and she set down the EMF detector. To our amazement we started getting readings. She asked questions and immediately after having asked them the EMF detector's lights went straight to red. The first time the they came to the house they had a similar experience in the basement, the power had been cut off then also.
One day while walking through the house I saw a flash of fire. Only to discover years later that there were people there who died in a Fire.
The next day they were looking over the photographs; and to my amazement in the exact spot where she felt as if something was near her; there was. We got pictures of Orbs all over the place. I got one on Film in the basement. We didn't see it, but the camera sure did. I've been anxious to go on another "Hunt" since then but since she started college none of us has really had the time. =( One other weird thing about Her and I is that both of our mothers talked to psychics before were born and told that they would have very special children. Now I don't know about you but I find that to be down right spooky!
