YouTube disabled my "Cybersecurity" video for "Inappropriate Content" - can anyone help?

This is the video that was disabled (obviously I re-uploaded it):

Boring? Maybe. Inappropriate? Um, no... I don't see anywhere to submit an appeal or contact someone - do any of you guys know if there's a way to fight this? It's not a huge deal about the video, but some of my friends have had their accounts deleted without warning, and I'd hate to have to start over from scratch. Continue
