Well the old faithful dell inspiron 6000 laptop died over the weekend, well almost. I decided it was time to get a new system. So I headed to PC World becaues my father bought my sister and I new systems and were paying him back at a cheaper rate than the finance company. Here are the specs;

The other night while I was bathing my son, he was sitting on my knee while his mum was drying him. Today is a sad day. I looked out my kitchen window this morning and I could see the back legs of my cat Reggie sitting behind my car. At first I thought he was just lying in the sun but I thought he was too still. I got Leanne out her bed to watch Jack while I went out and checked. Disaster has struck... The screen on my Dell Inspiron 6000 has stopped working. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the screen was starting to flicker a little when I was turning on the laptop if the screen had been closed. Well my laptop has got to the stage again where it is running so slow I can't stand it any longer. I am about to format my drive and start with a fresh install in XP Pro. Once I have finished backing-up the vital files I need to live a normal life I will stick in the disc and start all over again. Well it has been sometime since I logged into my account and basked in the Geeks world. I just seem to have been very busy during and since Christmas but now that life has restored to a more natural order I will be here more often. Plus I could not pass up on the chance to win the Wii.

Hi Guys,
I am having a little problem with a new wordpress install. Everything seems to be working fine but I can not change them theme. When I log into change the theme, I can see what themes are available to me but nothing happens when I click them so there is no error message to help either. If I right click on the image or link and open it in a new tab or window it does open a preview of the desired skin but no way to apply it.
