Is Ventrilo Really Secure?

Many of you are familiar with Ventrilo, which is a program that lets you talk to other people over the Internet. I myself run a public Geeks Ventrilo server, but that's besides the point. Do you really get all the sleep you need?

As many of you know, I am a sophomore in high school. Being a sophomore, I'm not able to drive yet, and am forced to take the bus to school every day. I have a friend who also takes the bus. We generally sit in the seats next to each other. However, almost each and every day, she falls asleep on the bus. Mornings and afternoons.
