If you don't know what Frets on Fire is check out my linux games thread.
Installing this game is pretty simple. If you go to there website (dont) you will need to download and install other packages... If you use the terminal it downloads all of them.
Load up your terminal (console) and type
"sudo apt-get install frets on fire"
then put in your password then just do the onscreen instructions.

Youtube ) if that is all you do on a computer then why cash out for a £400 Notebook? Get a Netbook! Netbooks can't really handle playing games or doing anything that is to strenuous but they are perfe…

Apple removed an old item from its support site late Tuesday that urged Mac customers to use multiple antivirus utilities and now says the mac is safe "out of the box".
"We have removed the KnowledgeBase article because it was old and inaccurate." Apple spokesperson Bill Evans said.
"The Mac is designed with built-in technologies that provide protection against malicious software and security threats right out of the box." he said. "However, since no system can be 100 percent immune from every…

This is what I done.
As I have 4 accounts I recently bought the DvD's so this will only work for the DvD's.
I will post a non DvD version later.
First of all you need to check to see if you have direct rendering. This will help you to play WoW.
To check this type this in a console window, without the quotes.
"glxinfo | grep rendering"
if you…

Geeks,
Google and
Live.Pirillo and Safari was at least 2x faster.
It seems to have all of the necessary…

Jamledgend is a free and easy to use clone of Guitar Hero and Rock band.
There are three different difficulties on Jamledgend, easy ,medium, and hard. You play a guitar (although there are options for a Piano drums and base. I have not come across a song that uses them).
