Now, I know this isn't a "geek" topic, but I thought people should know. I live with what's called Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS for short). Basically, if you don't know what this is, if I'm under stress, excited for something, eat something that doesn't agree with me, I get sudden bowel movements.
