Games and Frame Rates

So, I'm no heavy duty gamer by any stretch, but I do love my HalfLife 2 series. Some things I have noticed in reading gamer forums everybody is frame rate hungry. I got to puzzling about this, because when I got my new graphics card, the GeForce 9800 GT, my frame rates went crazy, like 120 to 150 FPS constantly. Windows handy and easy image resizing

Here is a Windows Explorer or 'Shell' plugin for us right click happy clan.
