Wordpress Headache. Please Help Me.

Hey guys, As you guys know with the title above I'm having headaches with wordpress. You see every time I go to my website and I log into my blog, I see a new version of wordpress and I'm like darn it, so I uninstall wordpress and install the new wordpress version. That is a pain cause I lose all my content, and I have to redo everything my question to you is, Is there some way to upgrade wordpress without losing everything? I recently signed up for hosting24.com service, because it look soo good, unlimited everything, and I wanted to pay month to month, and hosting24.com had that.
