The above video is amazing.
I haven't posted in a while because...
1. I am lazy.
2. I suck with consistancy.
3. I am a boring person with very little to talk about.
Anyways, I am still wishing to receive help for my search bar which phailzorz.
It is a search bar that takes input and puts it to a js value so it can redirect someone to predefined sites according to the keywords that they inputed. (Instead of redirecting, its r… Continue

Peter Burrows, author of Cisco's down-market video-conferencing move, from Business Week, on October 1st, explains how Cisco bought-out of Tandberg, a business which owns Pure Digital, has made video-conferencing cheaper and better cross compatibility. Cisco marketed its TelePresence systems back in 2006, but it was only available for the wealthy business clients at $300,000 per room, due to the high bandwidth, ultra clear graphics, and huge light fixtures positioned around the room. Cisco has r… Continue

Seeing photos of other web-geeks in front of their respective workstations, huddled, bent, mal-postured, one wonders where this whole "blogging" thing could lead.
"Will I be that pasty faced man behind the screen in mere weeks?
Chris says there's money in it for me, do I believe him?"
Sure, why the fuck not!
I have plenty of interesting stuff to teach the "geeks" about.
Finding love, shooting and editing video, making music, and perhaps, no definitely, these are things that people will find in… Continue
Have you ever wanted to download youtube videos to watch on your computer or ipod? Well it is a simple process that can easily be done a ton of different ways. However, for this video I am going to show you two and tell you about one.
The first tool I would like to mention is KeepVid. KeepVid is a very simple website that allows you to paste in a link to a youtube video and it will give you a link to download in either .mp4 or .flv format.
The next two that I am going to tell you about are MPEG… Continue
Which game system do you prefer to game on, Xbox 360, the Wii, or the PlayStation 3? Maybe you’re not a console person, maybe you’re a PC gamer?
I have many games laying around here, and most of which are for my outdated PS2. I do have a few games for the 360, I have none for PS3 because I do not own one, nor do I own a Wii. I do have a few games for my PC though, and I do play them regularly. It’s usually a choice between Halo 2 and GTA IV, and Halo usually wins out. I do love my games and enj… Continue

What do you use to record your favorite TV shows? TiVo, Comcast DVR, Windows Media Center?
This is a cool time to be in, I remember when I was a kid and had to record my favorite shows to VHS and would have to hope there was a enough tape. However these tapes would degrade over time, and when DVD’s came out there still was no real way to record and digitize unless you wanted to spend a lot of money.
Now we have things like TiVo, Windows Media Center, Comcast DVR, and etc. I… Continue

I'm surely not alone when I find myself clicking a link only to be told 'computer says no'. If the number of errors you encounter per hour were measured and recorded, I think we'd be in for a surprise. How often do you click something and get something back that wasn't quite what you were after? How often do you unconciously use habitually learned workarounds? It's all very well to say 'google it' but if you're ho… Continue

I will come back to youtube! I hope that some of you are happy about this and I hope that you are glad. I would like to mention though what I am going to do with it. I am going to only be posting video blogs there and I want to clarify that. I will be able to do that instant upload thing because I think think is great for video blogs. I will keep my real content here. I have not been able to make that account and i don't have the time to film a vid to let you know. But this is proof that I will… Continue

I found this very interesting link while searching for a completely unrelated topic.
My office has one of these annoying "internet babysitters" so I'm definately going to use this.
I also think the narrator of this video is highly entertaining. hehehe
Dr. Tracy Alloway says "Playing video war games and solving Sudoku may have the same effect as keeping up to date with Facebook, according to Dr Tracy Alloway. But text messaging, micro-blogging on ''Twitter'' and watching YouTube were all likely to weaken ''working memory''." - Telegraph.co.uk
I post this because I want to know pe… Continue
This is the video that was disabled (obviously I re-uploaded it):
Boring? Maybe. Inappropriate? Um, no...
I don't see anywhere to submit an appeal or contact someone - do any of you guys know if there's a way to fight this? It's not a huge deal about the video, but some of my friends have had their accounts deleted without warning, and I'd hate to have to start over from scratch. Continue
