I know this post sounds really BAD, but I promise I want it to be helpful to those that are trying to use Twitter and just can't understand why no one except bots and spam will follow them back.
You are following hundreds of people and have one post.
I scroll down your page and you have multiple @replies to different people all the same.
My Mom, @CAR1012 and I, @_KimRandall were sitting around talking about handmade gifts for Christmas when we came up with the idea to add a little Social Media to our Holiday celebrations.
Since we loved the idea SO much we have decided to offer these for sale to all of you. Below are images (not the best resolution, sorry) of ornaments we will be s
I’ve been getting the same “direct message” from several of my Twitter followers. Apparently, their accounts have been hacked, because it’s a phishing message that says, “ROFL this you?” and contains a shortened URL.
For a while now Follow Friday has been a good way for people to recommend great people to follow on twitter. As a geek I use twitter for sharing information, and interest. One of the people I follow made the statement to me that "more followers isn't better, better followers is more". What I mean by better followers is that none of this spam crap, not someone who spews out senseless nonsense. I’ve used Follow Friday since June I believe, but with the introduction of Twitter Lists Follow F… Continue
There has been a lot of "Twitter List bashing" in the past few days and personally I can't bring myself to agree with any of it. Twitter lists are a genius idea to help people like me find quality people to interact with via Twitter.
Here are my THREE reasons why I think they are awesome!
1) I am not going to a… Continue
I like many other Geeks, am on multiple social sites. Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, and FriendFeed are just a few examples of this. I previously that I use Ping.fm to ping my status to all my social sites, however I recently changed this when TweetDeck v0.30.5 was released. It added support for Myspace and it’s moods. To be honest I prefer this do to the fact that now I don’t have to keep logging into Ping.fm’s website.
I guess you could say that I find this version of TweetDec… Continue

If you have a website that you would like to automatically update your Twitter every time you make a blog post, then TwitterFeed is for you. This is basically a free service that allows you to plug in your Twitter (and Facebook) account in and asks for some RSS Feed information from your site. You can make it so that the TwitterFeed bot checks your RSS feed every so often. You can also tell TwitterFeed what format you want your tweet to be along with what URL shortening service you would like to… Continue

There are many reasons why you should Twitter and then there are those that will argue your reasons and say that Twitter is pointless and a waste of time. Here are my top 5 reasons why you should Twitter.

2. Twitter provides a way to track your brands reputation via hashtags (the #)
3. Twitter is full… Continue

It lets you enter subjects or even your own twitter account and creates a flash output with animations to just help you pass the time. This app is also a nice way to find people who tweet like you, so check out… Continue
