Devin Rostron Lockerz. Pros And Cons

Bear with me, spelling and grammer are not my strong points. Anywho, a few months ago a friend told me about this new website called Lockers.com. He was explaining that it was a site that with geive you free stuff for next to no effort. I was skeptical. Now, I would compare it to swag bucks, But, before you stop reading this because i said that, Lockerz is probably 98% effortless compared to Swagbucks's 20%. *these are not actual stats, just my personal opinion. So, like i was saying. I was skep… Continue

Krishan Sharma The Men Who Stare At Goats Review

Plot : 2 Humour : 4 1/2 If you are looking for a film that makes you think and is really "deep" this is not the film for you, however if you are looking for a good laugh then "The Men Who Stare At Goats" is the perfect film for you. The film is hilarious and gets the whole cinema laughing. The film follows a reporter, Bob Wilton, who is down in the dumps and is looking for a way to boost himself. He wants to become a war reporter. Whilst waiting to get across the Iraqi border he comes in conta… Continue

Kai Stogs Review Of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex For The Wii

Okay guys, I'm here at school, pretty bored, so I'm going to review Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Refex For The Wii. I just beat it last night, so I have a good memory of it. It has to be one of the best games that I have played so far on my Wii! Let's start off with gameplay, now gameplay on the Wii is amazing to begin with, but when you combine that with a shooter game like Call Of Duty it raises it to a whole new level. The graphics on this game are also really good and that's saying a lot, the… Continue

Kai Stogs Review Of Call Of Duty 5 For The Wii

Okay last post I reviewed Call Of Duty 3 for the Wii which was nothing compared to this game, I absolutely love this game! It has everything a gamer would want, plus cool stuff just for the Wii. Let's start off with graphics, they were better that COD 3, but not the best graphics I have ever seen, but keep in mind that this is a Wii game, which is not known for its graphics. Next is gameplay, which is probably the best thing about the game, why? It is so well adapted for the Wii and especially t… Continue

Outsanity A Personal Review Of The New Macs

So, on October 10th, 2009, Apple came out with brand spanking new Macs. They made updates to the iMacs, Mac Mini, MacBook, the mouse and remote. Here's my impressions of what I seen on the Apple website. The new iMacs: I must say, I'm rather impressed by the new design. I love that it has 4 USB ports and now an SD card slot just below the SuperDrive. They now come in 21.5 and 27 inches for a bigger display for watching your HD content. Sadly, no Blu-Ray but if it was added, it would really make… Continue

Joolsy Books Today

I am on the last chapter of Emperor the gates of rome(six hundred and twenty four pages long) so it's not for the feint hearted , It took me a week to get this far and it was a reasonbly enjoyable experience however if your not a fan of the swords and sandals genre I don't reccomend it to you due to the fact that it is very loyal to it's predeccesors of which all of whom are devoted to the style and theme. The Gates of rome is the first book in Conn Igullden's Emperor series of which there are f… Continue

Kai Stogs Review Of Call Of Duty 3 For The Wii

This is my first of hopefully many game reviews. Okay so Call Of Duty 3 For The Wii, this is a great game for many reasons. The first being it's great for both casual and hardcore gamers take me for example I'm a casual gamer and was able to beat it in like two days easily. The next reason being overall fun, and by fun I mean an array of both challenging and simple stuff you gotta complete from mission to mission. So overall I give this game a B+ Sorry about this review not being very good, keep… Continue

VOID Munashii "The Invention of Lying" A Review

Imagine living in a world with no concept of fiction; no one has ever thought to tell a lie, there's not even a word for it. Of course when you have no concept of fiction you also have no fictional books, no acting, no art, no sarcasm, and even no religion (I'm sure some people will froth at the mouth over this). You have a world where everybody is as good as their word, and if someone says it, it must be true. Now imagine that you learn how to lie, and you have the basic premise of “The Inventi… Continue

Computerwhiz1 Koss Earbud Review

Last week I put up an unboxing video for the Koss headphones and now it is time for the review. Keep in mind that I have had these for much longer that 1 week. Thanks to video backlogging on my part most of my content is over a month old. Anyway, I personally think that videos are better for reviews so I am just going to tell you that I am very pleased with these headphones and they have a great sound for the price. To really find out what I think about them watch the video below. [NOTE: In orde… Continue

VOID Munashii "Zombieland", a Review

You know how it starts; a strange disease appears turning normal people into violent murderous cannibals. Humans respond badly, and rather than contain the infection and destroy the infected, they let it spread. Before you know it a couple of months has passed, and America has become the United States of Zombieland. If “Shaun of the Dead” was a tribute to Romero's zombie classics, then “Zombieland” is a love letter to the modern “running zombie” (which is to say that not all of the zombies are… Continue

Branhower Ubuntu Netbook Remix User Review

I'm no Linux guru by any means, but I still know some of the basic commands in the terminal ;). So, I fell into the end-user crowd when I installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix (I'll refer to it as UNR from here on) on my EEE PC 1000he.

The Initial Install

The installation of UNR was smooth as silk, almost like a Windows install (only they assume that the person installing it knows what "swap partitions" are). I like how I can choose my free space and have the installer figure out the best part

VOID Munashii "The Informant!" A Review

I see a couple of problems with speaking critically about movies that are “based on a true story”. The first problem is knowing where fact ends and fiction begins; exactly how much of the story has been altered to make it more suitable for the screen? The other problem is that the characters represent real people; people who actually exist in real life, and lived through some version of these events. To that end, let me get this out of the way now; when I refer to characters in this film I am re… Continue

Tyler Gangstar: West Coast Hustle Iphone/Ipod touch app review.

Hello all, This is my first blog and app review of my life lets hope it ends good =) Okay So first off this app is $6.99 (and is 173mb in size so use your computer) in the app store and is made by Gameloft. The graphics are superb for a mobile gaming device, 3d graphics rendered nicely. From my perspective this game recieves a 9/10 because it can get a little repetive in terms of driving a car, running from cops, and buying guns. When you open this app up there is a nice intro that all Gameloft… Continue

Fadmaster Flex Perfect Keylogger Review

A keylogger is a program that logs all the keystrokes that are typed on a computer. Perfect Keylogger can be used on PCs and Apple computers. It can capture passwords, chats, internet history, screenshots, etc... Additionally, it is able to send the logs to any E-mail or FTP address.

Think of the opportunities when using this kind of program; imagine playing a prank on your ex and capturing her/his password and all her/his chats. If you are a parent; surveying

Johannes S. Snow Leopard: A very short and simple review after 48 hours

I've been with the new "cat" (Snow Leopard) for 48 hours now (got it a day before). Here's a quick review (can't be really called a review): It was the single most painless upgrade i've ever been though. Most of the applications worked. Microsoft Messenger for Mac did not work, but it's a piece of **** anyways (Adium rocks!). Quicktime X is fast and looks absolutely brilliant. It also works brilliantly well, compared to older quicktime versions. Everything is smooth, sexy. Not much differen… Continue

VOID Munashii "Adam" A Review

Most movies are fairly easy to pigeonhole into one category or another; horror, romantic comedy, chick flick, science fiction, etc. Sometimes a movie comes along that is not so easy to label. “Adam”, starring Hugh Dancy (“Confessions of a Shopaholic”) and Rose Byrne (“Damages”), is one of those movies; it's a little bit romance, a little bit comedy, and a little bit drama, but it's not enough of any one of those things to properly give it one of those labels. Romantic Dramady maybe? “Adam” is t… Continue

VOID Munashii "Shorts", A Review

One of the biggest problems that I tend to have with children's movies is that they don't respect their audience. Kid's films tend to talk down to children in an attempt to talk at their level; the problem is that they usually miss and assume that kids are stupid. “Shorts” seems to pretty evenly hit that 10-12 year old groups that it is aiming for without talking down, and that's largely because it seems like it was written by an actual 10-12 year old instead of Robert Rodriguez. When you first… Continue
