It's another one in the series. Here it is. I am recreating LinkedIn.com with iWeb.
I was bored one day and decided to do a series on recreating websites. Here's what I came up with. I use ScreenFlow to record the screencast and iWeb to recreate the website. This is the third video in the series.

I never did appeal to the movie, “Taken”, when it was first released in theaters, but the other day we watched some of it in one of my classes and I had to get it and finish the movie. The general story line is that a former CIA officer’s 17 year old daughter is going to Europe to follow U2’s European Tour, but she tells her dad that she’s just going with her friend, Amanda, to Paris to explore museums and such. He eventually lets her go, but once she is there she gets taken by a group of Arab’s…

As some of you may not know, I am a very big Harry Potter fan. I have seen each of the current 6 movies on their release date and have loved them all. In July, the 6th installment came and was probably one of the most anticipated movies to date and is definitely one of my top 2 favorites. Yesterday, it came out on Blu-Ray and DVD and, of course, I went out and got it and watched it again to see what kind of things I may have missed when I originally saw it in theaters. The movie is definitely ve…

If you are looking for a film that makes you think and is really "deep" this is not the film for you, however if you are looking for a good laugh then "The Men Who Stare At Goats" is the perfect film for you. The film is hilarious and gets
the whole cinema laughing.
The film follows a reporter, Bob Wilton, who is down in the dumps and is looking for a way
to boost himself. He wants to become a war reporter. Whilst waiting to get across the Iraqi
border he comes in conta…

I went and saw Zombieland at the Fandago theatre. I LOVED IT. It was great.
CAUTION: Stop reading if you don't want to know what happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any ways, I loved were it started, right in the middle. The virus thing is great and all but I'm kinda happy it started out were people were suffering from it already and didn't begin in the outbreak. Something different. And the rules were funny. If zoms attacked I would be one of the guys with a lists of dos and don't s. Plus having a m…

OMG!
After recent reports about a Facebook movie, and now a possible 'Fred' Movie (based on the most subscribed YouTube Channel 'Fred')
I had to write a blog post to say
WHAT THE FU...DGE!?!
Ok...Here is a tip for the movie industry, never make a film basted on something on the internet. It is going to fail! The idea of the internet is a massive (and i mean absolutely huge) collaborative platform. Some parts might not seem collaborative (Personal Blogs etc.) but they are..
Lets take a YouTu…

You know how it starts; a strange disease appears turning normal people into violent murderous cannibals. Humans respond badly, and rather than contain the infection and destroy the infected, they let it spread. Before you know it a couple of months has passed, and America has become the United States of Zombieland.
If “Shaun of the Dead” was a tribute to Romero's zombie classics, then “Zombieland” is a love letter to the modern “running zombie” (which is to say that not all of the zombies are…

I see a couple of problems with speaking critically about movies that are “based on a true story”. The first problem is knowing where fact ends and fiction begins; exactly how much of the story has been altered to make it more suitable for the screen? The other problem is that the characters represent real people; people who actually exist in real life, and lived through some version of these events. To that end, let me get this out of the way now; when I refer to characters in this film I am re…

Most movies are fairly easy to pigeonhole into one category or another; horror, romantic comedy, chick flick, science fiction, etc. Sometimes a movie comes along that is not so easy to label. “Adam”, starring Hugh Dancy (“Confessions of a Shopaholic”) and Rose Byrne (“Damages”), is one of those movies; it's a little bit romance, a little bit comedy, and a little bit drama, but it's not enough of any one of those things to properly give it one of those labels. Romantic Dramady maybe?
“Adam” is t…

I'm so psyched! A cartoon series that I used to watch as a kid is coming out as a movie! Astroboy will blast off in the movie theaters on October 23rd. I remember watching the animated series on TV every day when I was living in Curacao, every afternoon after I got home from school. I would watch the series in Spanish on Venezuelan TV and often in black and white.
You can see the trailer here:

a while ago I was reading the newspaper with nothing more to do. and as I was looking the following article
here caught my attention
This said that the recession has forced Disney to drop both Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly from the fourth pirates of the carribean movie. Apparently they were paid $5million (£3million) each for their starring roles, and the producers want to kee…

Before there was Alton Brown, Rachel Ray, or Paula Dean there was a foodie who stood head and shoulders above her contemporaries. A woman who went to France barely able to cook an egg, and became one of the most famous chefs in the world; that woman is Julia Child.
“Julie & Julia” is that rarest of movie, something fresh and new. Starring Meryl Streep (Mamma Mia!), Stanley Tucci, Amy Adams (Sunshine Cleaning), and Chris Messina, this movie is not the chick flick one might expect going in, b…

Sam Raimi came out of humble beginnings making films with his buddies up in Michigan only to wind up responsible for the biggest film trilogies ever to grace the summer blockbuster circuit. Now, the guy who made super-hero movies cool again will turn his camera lens on gaming as Blizzard Entertainment and Legendary Pictures have tapped him to direct a film based on World of Warcraft.
While it might…

Some children are conceived out of love, some out of wild irresponsibility, and still others out of some combination of the two; Anna Fitzgerald (Abigail Breslin: “Little Miss Sunshine”) was neither; she was conceived by design to be a medical resource for her older sister, Kate (Sofia Vassilieva: “Medium”). Kate is dying of Leukemia.
From birth, Anna has been harvested for various materials to help Kate, but when, at the age of 11, she is faced with altering her life forever by giving up a kid…
