"5 Ways to be Successful at Work"
If you heed these five hints, you'll not only contribute to your job security; you'll also win your boss's admiration and appreciation -- as well as a little loyalty.
1. Be humble. In other words, be mindful of the fact that it's not all about you. Says Levit, "Don't approach your boss with a sense of entitlement, as though he is personally responsible for furthering your career. Instead, focus on learning what you can do to make his life easier,…

About a month ago, I decided to take on a task that had been on my mind from the moment I saw Chris's channel, lockergnome. I took out my webcam, and made my first video, consequently name "Introduction Video." I have about 17 uploads and 56 subscribers and I decided to try and promote my channel here.

Hey geeks!
This time, i'm bringing you the review of the three geekiest comics i had a chance to read.
First is called Hackless. You can find it here:
http://hackles.org/cgi-bin/archives.pl?request=1

Whilst Reading
this thread I realized that most people don't think geeks can be christians. I just want to know where this belief came from? This makes
NO sense to me at all. I'm a Geek (so I think), And I'm a christian as well.
Is there something wrong with that?
Does My Faith mean I'm not a geek?
Do I even want to be a geek if that's true?
*edit: changed title to make more sense*

How did you become a geek? That is a question a lot of you may get in your lifetime. I personally became a geek when i got my first computer when i was about 8 years old. I started learning about computers in school and at home. When i got to the point i knew a good amount of information about computers i decided that i wanted to become someone who uses computers for living. And that has been my dream now for about 3 years. so... How did you become a geek?

Geek is a flexible term. There are a few essential qualifications.
If a majority of other people with whom you interact think you are something of an oddball, you might be a geek.
If you tend to intensely focus on a few defined areas of interest, to the point of obsession, garnering facts about the subject that a lot of other people (the majority) don't know about, you might be a geek.
If you spend a lot of time, one way or another, in some kind of virtual reality (even extensive day-dreaming…

Some people have the dream of making an article directory or article blog a bit like lockergnome. One of the main ways to get that directory started off is to use the Unique Article Wizard which is a small plugin for blogs. People will submit there articles to UAW and the server will send the article to every blog with the plugin for quick and easy articles. It also creates an account for everyone so your blogging account stays safe. If you go to my site you may be able to see an example @…

But it came up in Windows " USB Device Not Recignized" It has not worked since. They only way to get it to work if to apply lots of pressure to the wireless box. I am unsure ho…

Well actually,if I think about it... I know what motivated me the most....
