Ok so Google announced it’s new OS last week, and since then it’s been the biggest topic going around the tech world. I love the concept of Chrome OS, it promises to be a departure of what an Operating System is today, and bring us one step into the future. Microsoft isn’t the only OS that will be attacked by Chrome, Apple will be hit to, but not as bad as the software giant. As for Linux I don’t see how it would affect it since Chrome is built off of Linux.

Am I the only one who thinks that deveopers of any kind should focus alot mor on operating systems with 64-But instead of 32-Bit?
There are so many possitive things about 64-Bit like for example that you can then use more than 3GB RAM, which combined with DirectX 10 is nothing less than awesome. I’ve been looking into it a bit recently, and I am thinking more and more that Microsoft has lost their focus with Windows, and is possibly even looking into the wrong direction.

What will your computer look like in 10 or 20 years?
I think mine will be an innocuous cube the size of a music box with no obvious function. No keyboard, no mouse, no monitor. Just a special unique key that I place beside it with a power button on it.
I'll turn it on with the key that also houses my files because keys can store well over 500GB at this stage. It'll also contain a selection of operating systems, depending on my mood.
