Build a gaming computer or buy a xbox 360?

ok what do you think should i buy an xbox 360 or build a computer. I can't deside, only 3 of my friends have xbox live but then again none of my friends have a gaming computer. Next year i am doing an ICT diploma and part of it will will have to assemble a computer. My New Years Resolutions

1. Get a job. I will be 15 this year, so I am going to try and get a job. That way I can have some extra cash laying around.
