Profile Frustrations

This is more of a rant, but whatever... I just had to redo the html in my text box on my profile page three times! I'm going to be backing up my code every time I modify it from now on because I never know when it's going to hang when saving and loose all of the code I have entered. Rant on Norton Internet Security !!^#@@$*&%^^%$#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What other product can you buy and have no record of it by the company? Black market kidneys and is my guess. I just bought a renewal to my internet security (yes, the one that came with the computer). I got the e-mail/ invoice. I entered the renewal code.
