I wish I wish, but I can't. I already have a cat and 2 dogs. I'm trying not to have a zoo, even tho I want one :)

I agree. Not only getting away from the computer, but getting out of the house really helps writers block. I also agree with everyone that carrying a pen and a small pad of paper is important. The times I didn't have that pad of paper with me I woul…

Nope. I don't care what other people may think and I also don't keep up with the latest trends on what the rest of society is wearing. When I go out, I wear jeans, my vans, and a t-shirt along with my crocs.

New Turn of Events

I've recently gotten very ill. I've been struggling with Fibromyalgia for the better part of the last year which has been hard, especially trying to keep my pain and energy up for my job. Someone at work thought it was cute to come to work with bronchitis and actually breathed in my face. I've been the #1 advocate that if you are sick, stay home! We have people at work that are in remission from cancer (very recently) and bringing those bugs and stuff to work is the last place those of us fighti… Continue

I love AT&T U-Verse!

When I came home from work on Friday I did the usual. Got out my Macbook Pro and set it up on my desk (I take it to and from work everyday, it's constantly with me) and I turned on the TV to see if there would be anything good on. Sometimes I just like having the TV on for background noise. I switched over from Comcast to AT&T U-Verse a few months ago forever bidding farewell to an ISP who had shown me time and time again how horrible th… Continue

School and Stress

Due to health reasons, my doctor has been pushing me to take a year off from school since the added stress is counter-productive in getting better. I didn't think it would make much of a difference, and I really really love school. I could make a career out of going to school to constantly learn. There are so many reasons why I can't do that. The biggest reason is they don't pay you to go to school, obviously.

The day I withdrew from university, I felt like a thousand pounds were lifted off my… Continue

Goal: Independant Programmer

I've been working on learning Objective-C programming using xcode. Now that I'm outta school for a year I can concentrate on expanding my knowledge on cocoa. I've been wondering if I should find a job, maybe entry level but jobs are hard to come by lately. My ultimate dream would be an indie programmer and live off the money I make from selling my programs. Of course, this isn't going to happen anytime soon, tho I'm working toward it.
