Favorite music, movies, books, shows, artists, games, people, events, hobbies, etc.?: At one end, Patrick O'Hearn and Enya ... at the other end, Gary Numan, Enigma and Nickelback; Enemy Mine, Legend, and, of course, LOTR; I would need six pages to list all the books I have; House, Fringe, Atlantis and all the stuff on Nat Geo, Science and Discovery; Vermeer and Escher; MTGO, Guild Wars and the circa 70's Tempest; Michio Kaku; The Eagle Has Landed; reading, reading, reading, care of little animals, putting together computers, podcasts on my Zune, laundry and dishes ...

Going Full On With Solar

Greetings ... today I want to tell you about a friend of mine. I call him "The Mini Genius." He is completing a solar plant at his home and it has been great fun. He built it all from scratch and wrote the code in assembly. Total ground up. He mounted his solar cells on an old satellite dish ... one of the big monsters from way back ... that moves by remote control.
