Does your Internet Service Provider suck?
A little over 4 or 5 months ago i was having problems with my ISP (Internet Service Provider). So I decided to phone them up and explain the problem to them. What was happening was that I am meant to be on 4mbps download speed but when I ran a speed check on my internet connection using http://www.speedtest.net and it came back that i only have 1mbps download speed.
