This has been a very busy couple of months for our family. It's become increasingly difficult to maintain webpages and other sites... and to pursue dreams of radios, fashion and environmental causes. However, writing, something I love to do, has also taken a backseat. I'm here to say, I'm back in the saddle..at least for now.

OMGosh... WHO KNEW this???

I have only recently learned that all computer screens on the INSIDE are covered with bacteria, dust, germs, etc. that can be DANGEROUS to your health.

This is apparently caused by a variety of reasons, and it can prove to be a health hazard for everyone that uses a computer. What are your "geeky equipment" specs?: Soldering gun, scissors, glue, wires, ---boards, used/leftover computer components, vintage clothing and kitsch...solar components, turbines...etc... anything that contributes to clean energy and repurposing as much as possible... and a MUST have : any RED accessory (Preferably a Hurricanes jersey!!!)

Growing up...

I was brought up in a small town called Deltaville, Virginia on the Chesapeake Bay. It's a nice little town to visit for some peace and quiet... or even retirement. It's so far away from city-like areas that I don't want to move back (for now anyway), but I do enjoy visiting for a week or two at a time when I get the chance.

I'm a Carolina Gal now. I love the people, the area... the beaches... the mountains... It's clean, got decent roads and the bathrooms at the rest stops are CLEANED like they should be. I'm comfortable here...it's my second skin.
