What kind of geek are you?

The free culture, open media, activism, and Joss Whedon devotee kind. I'm passionate about the freedom of ideas and expression that the internet and technology makes possible. I'm also working to develope my coding knowledge. Maybe one day I'll be the programming kind.

Why do you consider yourself a geek?

Because I get obsessive with the things I do, I'm not fully satisfied being a mindless person who fits a mold, and I dork out about things that I really like.

How did you find out about our Geek community?

I found Chris through some of his youtube videos - started watching the stream - and joined up as soon as he started pimping it.

What are your "geeky equipment" specs?

I choose not to disclose due to utter embarrassment.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Interesting.

What is the thing in life you treasure most?

It's corny but - my family.

What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?

Probably when I was younger and I'd spend three or four days at a time just reading none stop.

What do you do to entertain yourself?

I have a very active imagination. I play with Gimp, write, read, knit, run around town, and think far too much.
