Productivity Tip - A good thing to do on a Sunday

I like to look at my calendar for the week and as I’ve mentioned before this is a great time to open up that to do list and look for places to stick items from the To do list into my daily schedule. I like to plan the week and see what I have in store. I also like to find at least one spot in the week that is set aside as pure down time. I can use this time to write or record a tutorial (something I really enjoy) or play with my Playstation - something relaxing.

Productivity Tip - Management

If somebody makes a mistake and I scold them, ALL PROGRESS IS BLOCKED. On the other hand if somebody makes a mistake and I teach them how to do it right, all kinds of opportunities arise, progress is made, seas part, doors open, lights turn on - you know.. things just happen. It's all a simple matter of an ever so slight change in perspective and the extreme difference in approach that results!

Here's another productivity tip.

Set aside in your daily schedule one or two hours and put it in your calendar as an appointment. This is the time you will call back anyone who has called you within the last 24 hours (or certainly older). Even if just to tell them that you got their message and then give them a time when you will get back to them.
