dose anyone know how to add ranking on ning.com?

i just made and site similar to this site and i was woundering how to add ranking like chris did, if anybody is interested in joining my photoshop site please sign up, i do alot of designs and stuff and i would love to meet more pplz that love designs and use photoshop.
