Well, you had an amazing experience. I wish my Ubuntu installs didn't have more problems than I get with Windows or Mac OS X. I always seem to mess something up with Linux. That's probably the problem - you can customize it way too much.
You fail to mention what you did wrong in the first place to get to the point where it needed to recover. Considering that the large majority by far have no issues with Windows 7 or Windows in general...99 percent of problems are caused by somethi...
Wish mine would run wow in wine, it always ran slow and had very bad drivers. Of course mine is a laptop as well.

Yea true...google does have the money and man power as well as the name to hold up a challenge....Windows is dead to me....and people also hate viruses and spyware which continue to plague windows oses...which linux will never have because the way...
