Hardware specs are not all their cracked up to be. If you got something form factor and space wise that serves your needs, then you got a great deal, as with Dan's comment, put windows 7 on it, and that laptop will be your love for the forseeable ...

Lenovo's have been very good on this end. I was also impressed with their quickness, any I had on my bench. The big Blue IBM main headquarters is only 40 miles from here, so the area is saturated with Lenovo.
