You can try a BLUR tool. That will soften the Points a bit, but will also soften the image. Then you might go back with a Sharpen tool to bring around the Image quality. Push the Contrast/Brightness to "fake" a sharp image....

You can't just add AA to a picture. It has to be pre-rendered then you can take a screen capture of it, you can try smoothing out the edges in the new .NET paint.
