Yea sure you can, but you would have to replace the whole set unless you got the exact RAM that you have now. Because it's usually a bad idea to mix RAM with other RAM. So your best bet is to go to the manufactures site to find your RAM on their site. But if you want to buy RAM off a third party site lets say newegg.com then there could be problems, (unlikely) but possible.
