I use ATT U-Verse. They told me it was pretty fast. Isn't it supposed to be fiber optic, faster than DSL?

I also re-installed the Catalyst Control Center for ATI Radeon and the latest flash player. and the shockwave player. But it still continues to skip. Do you know if my video card is failing?

Try Ad-Aware by Lavasoft. This should detect and remove it. If Ad-Aware fails, try MalWareBytes. Google to find the d-loads.

I agree with Dan, superantispyware is really powerful. I used to use to use 2 other good ones in conjunction with each other, but superantispyware beat them all.
