Vista is such a piece of junk. I have Window 7 RC right now with a key good until 2010. Window 7 feel too much like Vista but more XP compatible. So the bottom line is try Windows 7
but keep XP ( Dual boot )
and trow that Vista shit in the garbage.
A group for people who were smart enough to go to Windows Vista and live their lives knowing that they made the right decision!

The problem is that 6400+ are defective processor. AMD does not sell 6400+ anymore because they burn.
You can still buy a 6000+ or 7700+
