Is it worth me having a pc built for me with Windows 7 for gaming. Or is XP more efficient at gaming?

I would stay with XP for now. Like they say wait until they fix all the bugs with 7 first.. ( windows need I say more )

first is my tool box. I like my laptop running freeBSD. also wii bowling..

build 5 computers in one weekend and gave away to needy kids on Monday..
