You would use the xcopy command then. There are a lot of command line switches along with the command so Google it to get a full explanation.
Your post is a little confusing. Do you want to copy individual files from one drive or directory to another or are you trying to copy all files in all directories from your drive to another drive?

While I did not work for Xerox, I am from Rochester and know A LOT of people who have been let go from Xerox, among other local companies. sorry to hear that you are no longer with them.
