From the specs you posted, the site recommends 165w. It seems for what you are doing, that power supply might get you by. I have found some of those old OEM low wattage psu's can hand...

230W wnt cut it. maybe just for a little hardware. but the mobo psu cpu and dvd (basics) will definitely utilize all of that 230 really quickly. I would recommend 350+. Many ppl say 400W minimum for any pc but maybe you can get 350 to work. Good l...
is too risky with only 200w, what if there is a tension s drop? also a pc should have at least 100-150w of tolerance to be safe, im not saying that will not work, but is not a good idea also.
If you don't try games, it will be possible, normally (in theory) that card only needs a 200 W power supply
Dam owell now i have to change the case and all this crap stupid dell XD.
get 300w at least..
