Macworld VS CES Keynotes.

What follows is a unbiased review of both Keynotes. This is NOT about if Mac's, or PC's are better. It is about the presentations given, and only about that.


Let us start with the big disappointments of Macworld and get those out of the way.

This will serve as a general summary of things I like, and hate about Camtasia Studio 5, and 6. I write this in hopes that it finds its way to them.


I shall start by listing everything I dont like.


1: Your auto frame rate capture does not change, it stays at 15fps, or at 21FPS, it does not auto adjust to changing screen conditions rendering it useless.

Lets skip the boring intro and im just going to go right into the transcript of what I did, and what I was told on the phone.

Situation: Internet down, Vonage phone works.

ISP: Charter.

Connection: Surf board modem, Cisco dual ban Linksys router.


First I try simply repairing the net, no luck. I unplug the modem and wait a minute and plug it back in, start it back up still no connection. Thus I call Charter.
