I agree, when they first started I thought that they were kinda funny, but now they are just old and annoying!!! Time for something new.
You could always try your hand at a new OS! Try out any of the Linux distros and see if there is one that you like and play around with it!

Users and fans of Google Wave!
Over the last few weeks, when I have had time, I have been building a new website for my wife and I. The reason that we are doing this is two fold.
One, we have family all over the country and the world, ranging from when we live in NC, to Chicag...
I have Verizon and pay 120/mo for my minute's, unlimited txt, and the blackberry data package.
I must say that I like it as a store. They have a large selection and the staff has been always willing to help find what you are looking for. At least when I have been there!
As for their computer services/geek squad: To tell ya the truth I have...

- I love computers and the Internet. I think that it is exciting to see how something works and trouble shoot the problem until I, or some one else comes up with a solution.

A Family Adventure

A funny surprise in the mail!
Like so many of us, I have many Google driven apps including Gmail, Google Reader, Calender, Docs and so on. I use all the off line Gears apps and really don't go anywhere with out doing something Google related.
Well a few weeks ago I saw a link for Google Profiles and statrted to set one up!! At the end of the set up process, I was prompted to go and clain my gift for being one of the first 10,000 people to sign up for this new service.

Zune80 said… - Hi Tim, thanks for your support. It's been a rough road, but I'm dealing with it. Hopefully things will turn around soon and Xerox will hire back a lot of those still looking. Obviously I've spent a ton of time in Rochester and Webster, but I'm from the Central part of the state. I love NYS, but the politics and economy sure is F'ed up. The beauty of the state and the people keep me here having lived here my whole life with the exception of my 7 years in the Navy. I hope all is going well for you!

- lol i wont be running it as my primary OS, it will just be something to play around with and learn some new things off of, like i said, ill be running windows 7 on the desk top and once im to that point i wanna play around with VM's and Ubuntu, ill still use 7 for everyday shit just have something eles to mess with on my free time. same idea as your eeePC only a vm inside my primary OS
