Hello; I hope that you don't mind me joining and clicking around. My favourite game soundtrack, at the moment, has to be the criminally underrated soundtrack to the .hack games. As much as I love Zelda's, Tetris's, Pokémon's, Final Fantasy's, Xenosa…

About Myself

I love all things to do with games. The strange thing is I don't enjoy playing them as much as I enjoy learning about how they were made. I love all the technology behind them and the business side behind the scenes. I love reading about all that but when it comes to playing the games myself I am not to bothered. Am I unique? I hope not. Add me and chat!

Solution to Copright and the Pirate Economy

The copyright and pirate issue comes up some much in forums about why it is wrong. The thing you don't often see is solutions to the problem. What is the balance between keeping consumers, artists and large companies happy?

To look at what is wrong with copyright we firstly have to look at why copyrighting was first brought into play. It was first put in to encourage innovation. It provides an incentive for people to create media. The problem now is that it is going against what its original pu… Continue

The project is open to anyone with an idea. If you are interested please contact me on my Page and leave a comment. I will then make a group and we will get down to working on how we can make this work involving practical i… Continue

Game Discs Obsolete?

After looking at the new PSP Go you may notice that there are no game slots! The PSP Go will work by not buying games physically but downloading them. This does appear to be the next obvious step in gaming. No more discs. But is this a good thing?

In the next generation of consoles could we be living in a time where we don't need discs. Possibly for some of the smaller games but there are also games such as Metal Gear Solid 4 which are absolutely huge. A blue ray disc dual layered can hold arou… Continue

Don't Buy Console Games!!

The recession is upon us. In these troubled times we need to be making our monies go as far as they possibly will. So, next time when you save up and decide to spend around £50 ( or your currency) on a brand new game, think again and I invite you to take the challenge to buy some of these games I suggest.

I assume since you are reading this you own a 'computer'. This is the piece of equipment you will need to play these games. Most of the titles you will see released for the consoles are about… Continue
